The Kalamunda Hotel

Lovely place for a weekend lunch. Large alfresco beer garden where they have a band playing live music on a Sunday afternoon. You can also sit inside if you do not want to be outside. Big food and beverage menu to choose from which is reasonably priced. Service is friendly and efficient. Food is very nice and delivered in a timely manner.

Huge beer garden, so it is nice to grab a drink on a sunny day. Nice pub inside and busy dining room service a nice range of menu options. I had the chicken parma and it was great, beautifully cooked, served with crispy chips and salad. Friend had the Chicken Filo which was highly recommended and did not disappoint.

The historical pub has it's warm charm but I think chef Ramsay needs to go there and sort the food out and change that menu! I could make much better food at home :/

I'd never been to Kalamunda Hotel as I'm not originally from Perth but I had family over from interstate this weekend and they wanted me to seek some decent pub-grub. I was feeling really pressured as I didn't think affordable, decent pub-grub existed in Perth, however not true. Kalamunda Hotel is an iconic venue which oozes character, the food was great (good old fashion portion sizes) and the service was pleasantly very good. Hats off to the waiters and waitresses. Will definitely go again with my partner and when other interstate family come again to visit.
