The 1 level room (Studio style) overlooks picturesque Avoca Ocean, and 18 acres of extensive gardens filled with bird life, sheep and horses grazing. The property allows you to take short bush walks, kayaking on Avoca Lake, swim in a stunning infinity pool or enjoy a BBQ dinner on your private sundeck.
The STUDIO room is furnished at an elite level with bed, lounge, kitchen table and fully self contained. The glass walls are doors, which can open, transforming the room into a glorious outdoor space. The views are sensational, the peace and quiet superb. The Cabana looks onto a solar heated pool, and poolside towels are provided. There is the option to buy daily newspapers and fresh coffee across the road - or stay at the Cabana, and make your own pod coffee. If its the beach you desire, The Cabana provides mats, chairs and an umbrella and a water bottle for you.
A 5 minute drive brings you to the town centres of Avoca or Terrigal, with their beaches, shops and restaurants. The local area offers endless tourists activities and attractions. There are MANY fun and funky coffee and lunch spots in the local area, along with breweries and wineries. Allow me to help you plan a day, so you will discover some of the hidden activities the locals know about!

I can't really think of anything that could be done to improve this place. Even the photo's don't do it justice. The view, the fit out, the location and the hosts are all excellent. There is even a great little food market just down the road - so we cancelled our restaurant reservation and ate on the balcony overlooking beautiful scenery in complete privacy.

Truly 5 star accommodation!
Sarndie and Tim really have thought of everything to make this the ideal weekend getaway, whether you want to laze about on the sunbeds around the infinity pool, or use their kayaks to head to the beach which is just 10 mins away.
Avoca Beach is an ideal location for a weekend break, with great restaurants, cafes and activities to do during the day, and only an hour or so away from Sydney.
I can't recommend this property enough. We will definitely be back soon

The view - rolling paddocks of lush green grass, with a back drop of bushland and the deep blue ocean beyond Avoca Beach ..... horses feeding, sheep grazing, bell birds calling, lizards sunbaking, chooks laying !! (4 for me ), frogs croaking in the house pond. A very pleasant temperate salt water pool to swim in - or float upon, glancing out to sea. Restaurants, shops, walking tracks, bike tracks, tennis courts, galleries ... too much to chose from ... and on either side of the property! You need a month to conquer it all.
