One staff was very helpful. But the other one was very rude. I received an email telling me that I could pick up a package (I get quite a lot of packages). I was served by one of the staff and picked up my package. The next day I received a card telling me that I had another package to pick up. So I presented the card to the other staff who attempted to find the package. After 5 minutes the other staff scanned the card and then rudely informed me that I had already picked up the package (which I then realised was the one I collected the day before). How was I to know this? Why wasn't the card give to me on the day instead? Shocked and appalled by this 'customer service'.
