Such a cute cafe located in Ultimo, which doesn't have too many seats so it can get a little busy. The menu is Japanese-inspired and absolutely delicious! I qutie enjoyed the fried chicken and waffles but it was their pastrami toastie that had me drooling!!!! They're most famous for their matcha cheesecake, so you'd need to have a slice before you go.
Chilled café located in ultimo offering Asian inspired dishes that are flavoursome and packed with delicious. The customer service is very friendly and the food comes out quite quickly. I highly recommend the kabuki waffles and the double matcha cheesecake. Off street parking is relatively easy but only limited to one hour so keep an eye on the clock. The courtyard is open and fresh.

Pandan brulee tart was fragrant, although sweeter then the yuzu but just as delectable. You cannot eat here without trying the Matcha cheesecake with Oreo base. It has a good matcha flavour without being overly sweet or bitter. The texture is silky yet dense & the Oreo ...read more
What’s worthy of note here, and refreshing is the flip on Chef Taiyo’s menu having taken the helm just 5 months ago. 4 of the 9 dishes offer an optional meat/seafood add-on. I’m not a vegetarian, but appreciate the dishes and find it refreshing. Today we focused on dishes with a slight hint of Japanese and Korean, but define it as Modern Australian. There are hints of next season’s menu weaving in some flavors from the Mediterranean showing great promise. Conveniently located across from the Powerhouse Museum and servicing the many media corporates and university professionals and students in close proximity, the menu is safe yet somehow daring ...read more
