The Quiet Coaching Programs include:

WELLNESS
Modern life can take it toll on us. The Wellness Coaching Program provides a process for you to reflect on the state of your mind-body and allow you to take stock and plot a new course that is more personally sustainable for you.

WORKPLACE
Work takes up a large part of our life and whether you are a leader, business owner or employee our Workplace Coaching Program has the same basic goal; to ensure the right person is performing in the right role that is aligned with their abilities and interests.

TRANSITION
This program is about change, usually radical life altering change that you are experiencing or are planning to experience. This program works on the deeper beliefs and values you hold that may be blocking or stopping you adopting the change you seek.

SPRIT
Discover a deeper sense of spirit. Many seek a connection to the world around them that they know is right for them; its about being authentic and living without fear. This program uses western mindfulness techniques & eastern Zen practices to re-connect you to purpose.


Regardless of which program you undertake I use a combination of coaching and education to support you to find and maintain the appropriate balance of activity, contemplation, concentration and reflection that will improve your decision making during times of change.
