Made a stop here on our way through Milton- first impressions were not to good, the carpark was quite terrible. It was very busy, which is understandable. Service was unorganised, and out of many products. Once we finally ordered, the pie pastry was stale and only half full. Also, after we ate noticed a lot of vermin on the premises. It was truly disgusting. I would not recommend stopping here! It is covered in filth. However the staff did try there hardest, kudos to them. Avoid this shop though!
HORRIBLE service...RUDE service..
They were Out of the first 5 pies I asked to order, why were they listed then?No trays to hold the numerous tiny plates I was given...given a buzzer for coffee order, buzzer went off at counter i was paying at...long line behind me, was told I had to go pick up coffee three times by three different staff...how can i pay, pick up coffee at different location and carry 7 things with only 2 hands and no tray and no one cared to help...looking at me like something was wrong with me...like they wanted me out of their way, I went out of my way to be nice but was spoken to ugly...asked for glass of water and staff acted like i was putting them off again...they were out of silverware forks...i was eating in...told to use plastic...not easy to use cheap, flimsy plastic fork on thick pie crust...apple pie was pastry only 1/2 full of apples with a crust top that appeared to be placed on later(?) I will not go back.
