This business is fake so unreliable. We took our car there to change all the tyres a year and a half ago and we ask them to put one of our old tyres for the spare. Until yesterday when one of our of our tyre flat from a screw and to our suprise the spare was like a bike trye so thin it won't be able to run our car as our van need big tyres ?? can't believe they play around with your money and your life. They always tell you to wait at the waiting area while they play around with your money. You need to go keep an eye on what they're doing to your car. So discusting they seem reliable but they not...I won't recommend this to anyone.
The small tyre your talking about is a space saver you can't fit one of your old tyres on that rim

Ignorance sometimes is funny but the lesson is do not be too harsh to bash others without carefully investigating. New cars have thin spare tires just for emergency use only to conserve trunk space..standard tyres will not fit into that compartment.diccky...
Dis-honest service and a disregard for the values of corporate responsibility. There are so many tyre dealerships out there, choose another one. Would never do business with this company again. I feel sorry for them that they have to resort to blatant lies to operate.

We gave the customer a clear understanding of the fact that the business has undergone a change in ownership in the last 12 months since his transaction. Irrespective of that we gave him a free alignment, puncture repair and adjusted his tyre pressure which, were all well below what they should have been to function safely and optimally. 3 team members, each took the time to explain how not maintaining the tyre pressure and failing to have the car aligned, even in the 20,000 kilometres since they purchased the tyres, with any tyre, on any car would, have result in this wear on the tyre.

Don not deal with this company. They told us our tyres were unroadworthy and when we told them that we bought the tyres form them under 12 months ago, they changed their analysis of the situation and told us they are roadworthy. The tyres have been independently assessed as unroadworthy. This company demonstrated an astonishing willingness to disregard the safety of my family. Don't trust them.
I recently needed a new back tyres for the rear of my car, however as they were specific to the vehicle I was limited to the type of tyres that I could change to and was advised that I would require 2 sets if they were to be changed. I called around for some quotes and contacted the Tyre factory and a few others surrounding for more information. I found the person I spoke to on the phone was very helpful in trying to understand what I needed and what they may have available. I could only imagine how frustrating it would be speaking to someone like me who has little understanding of car maintenance. The friendly fellow thought it was best to bring in my car for them to have a look over. There is no doubt that Id end up using their service as they offer everything from wheels, tyres, to servicing. From my research and in speaking to a number of people, theyre meant to be quite competitive in prices also.
