BEWARE OF THE NO RETURN NO EXCHANGE POLICY !!! As a regular customer, I visited the shop recently , purchasing 2 items at a cost of $1000. When trying on one of the items, I questioned the size, but was told " that is your size." Trying on the item when I got home I thought it looked too big and on looking at the size discovered it was a European size 48, when I wear a size 42.
I called the store and explained, requesting a credit note, but they have refused, as they have a policy of no return. They have lost my business.
