Terrible!!! Just terrible service from one of the staff just recently from the (TOMBOY GIRL)!!!! I was served by her and was greeted with terrible attitude and terrible rudeness!! I was rudely served by her and charged extra for what i normally pay for and when confronted she argued when she knows she was in the wrong. No apologies. I cant believe i was treated in that way. Since it changed ownership they have been terrible with there service from thisgirl!! im highly disappointed!! The manager should do something about her inappropriate attitude towards there customers. My friends has been telling me about this gIrl(TOMBOY) about how highly rude she is.. and now i have experienced it for myself.. youve lost yourself this long time customer.. ill be back if shes gone!! Such a shame to have someone that is not happy in where they work and how they treat there customer!!

Best coffee in St Ives. Not a great atmosphere but worth it for the coffee. Superfood salad is also amazing.

The caf seating is spread from their store font to across the walkway toward Woolworths . Despite the lack of a continuous area it is nicely fitted and has a reasonable atmosphere.

Ive visited twice for coffee only and was unfortunately not very impressed I wont be going back. My first coffee (flat white) had been significantly overheated and the milk was burnt, this overpowered the taste completely. The next week I visited again (location is super convenient when going groceries at Woolworths and Harris Farm) and requested a coffee with cooler milk. I advised that the last coffee I purchased from Three Beans was very hot and that the milk was burnt. I was disappointed to find this coffee was just as over-heated and as burnt as the last! I watched the staff making it and noticed there was a large portion of leftover (from previous coffee) milk that was reheated. This may have contributed to the burnt milk taste.
