Three Point Classic

Went in to have my battery checked as I was having problems and was informed that there was a problem with the starter motor and it would need replacing. I can't remember specifics now but his explanation as to why he couldn't tell if it was only the battery didn't add up. Decided to buy a starter from a wreck and my brother installed it, afterwards the battery still wasn't working and had to replace it too. A few years later same thing, asked them to check it and again informed I needed a new starter motor. I ignored their advice and went somewhere else. Replaced my battery only and the car is still perfectly fine. These guys will rip you off if they think you're a silly girl who knows nothing about cars. I was also told I needed my spark plugs replaced and it would cost a lot due to access and having to pull parts of the engine apart. Extremely happy with Lee and him shop. They were able to fix an electrical issue that even the manufacturer couldn't manage to find and fix. Service came in under quoted price, and price for replacement parts were reasonably priced. Will be taking my new VW Amarok there for its servicing.

I have been very unhappy with my previous two mechanics. In particular, when you spoke to one of them I could see they was not listening to me ( Lip Service). I was sent to you by my sister as she was pleased with the way you look after her family's cars.

Very pleased I found you. We live at Riverhills and I got very tired of driving to Taringa for the need to have repairs done to my car and the poor attitude of the people who worked on it. I think they thought as it was only an A160 it was insignificant to people who own more expensive and newer cars.



I did not know that such a thing as independent Mercedes service centre existed on the scale your firm has. I found you on the Internet using True local, Very happy with the way Lee gave me personalised service at a price less than what I have been previously charged. I am now aware you also do Audi, BMW and all makes of cars. I will tell my whole family members.

Having worked in engineering, I use as a yardstick how the premises and employees present themselves. If they are clean and look sharp it is an indication of the quality of work they produce. At Three Point the place looks sharp and the staff all nicely presented in clean clothes. I don't want my E class being worked on by grubs. You take pride in your work and this is important to me. When I get the car back it is clean and I have always been comfortable with the price. You provide true value for money. Thats is why I will be coming back, Jonathan
