Work wasn't completed in time - I came back next day and it still wasn't done. Gave me a loan-watch, which was nice.

After a week I got a call. They ended up replacing the movement. Tried to charge me $90, but we aggreeed on $70. Was 80% over the quote agreement and didn't give me a discount for the delay.

Bad business practices - additional expenses should be confirmed with the customer prior to commencing extra work.
