Tony Cant Real Estate

I previously rented through Tony Cant years ago and they were great. Unfortunately they have slipped a long way. They may be ok to sell/buy but seems that's their focus. If you aren't interested in also helping the ppl who rent through you then perhaps don't do rentals anymore. It takes me at least 3 more visits to the branch before they'll look at fixing anything.
Very frustrating and disappointing!

I use tony cant for managing my rental property. I can say that they are by far the most thorough, professional and efficient property managers I've ever used. And I've had dealings with a few!! I Would highly recommend using them.

Very nice property managers until you vacate their property, then do not expect to get your bond back as they will blame you for every thing, eg cleaning because the smoke alarm had some dust on it!!! My advice, never rent though them as their priority is to get the most from you to keep the landlord happy. If you do, get everything in writing.
