Toorak Road Veterinary Clinic

We recently decided to get a puppy to join our family, so finding a vet clinic that we felt comfortable with was a must. We had gone to other clinics in the area but it was clear from the moment we walked in that this is the place for us. The staff were very helpful and friendly, they even showed us how to start training Molly! We signed her up for puppy per-school then and there! Di and all the staff are wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone!

The people here are fabulous- you can have a laugh, you can certainly shed a tear and they are there for you. I recently had a very trying time with my 11 yo Maltese Shitzu and I thought she was dying. Ken Waterson, Men Yee and all the staff were so kind and caring. I received phone calls checking on Maysie and nothing was too much trouble. They even adjusted the account for me as I was concerned about the cost of the ongoing exemplary care. I have since met with another dog owner, an elderly lady and she told me they were very understanding when her dog had to be out down- even came to her home and took the dog away after the injection.The other thing I really liked was that Ken conferred with other Animal Specialists- I think that's terrific-no one person can have all the answers and he is smart enough to know this-well done!
They are great people and I am delighted to have met them.I cannot recommend them highly enough
