I am not happy at all.I have requested something and I saw something else when I picked up my puppy.They need to learn to listen to dog owner request instead of doing what they like.my dog looks ugly now because of unprofessional job they have done.

Tried this place several times with poor results.

I struggle when I’m paying someone for a service when they expect me to cater to them, provide poor service and results and offer no compensation or attempt to make it right.

They have poor record keeping, no standards from groomer to groomer and seem to have no interest in addressing the problems.

Good prices, clean and handy location. I have taken my dogs here for a few years for nail trimming. Sadly I won't be going here anymore as their opening hours vary so much, they rarely answer the phone (when I phone to check if they are open) and during our last visit the staff member with the accent dragged my anxious dogf by her lead, didn't calm her and she jumped off the table trying to get away. This used to be a positive experience for my dogs but now they get stressed.

Wonderful groomers, great prices, great with my dog and she has never been cut in all the years she has been going and that is top rate for me after other sad experiences
