After leaving an email message with no response after 10 days, I called and Adrian appologised for not getting in touch. Since then 3 appointments have been made but none have been kept. It was up to me to keep calling to find out what was happening but only given lame excuses. Last appointment 4.oopm...still waiting for latest excuse. This company has no idea of customer service and should be avoided else you will just waste your time waiting for appointments that will never happen.

Requested simple replacement DVD player for PC. The management, came to my place and found they could not fix on DVD player on the spot. They took CPU away to their home to fix over night.

I picked up the CPU next morning, paid $120 cash, then tried out DVD player at home. Player did not work correctly as would not play original region 1 & 4 dvds, only burnt dvds but very slow. Rang management and they said they had someone with them and would ring me back. Some 4 mobile calls by me later and still no management. They were avoiding me. They were only contactable through their mobile phone.

I looked at the supposed DVD player and I swear it looked the same as the old one. I have been so upset over the last few days with this management. A major disappointment now, as I move on to find an honourable PC repairer.
