Terrible real estate, terrible manners. I've never in my 5 years of leasing encountered such rude emails. We were first agreed on a 52 week lease, and then they tried to extend the lease and accusing me of being stupid for not understanding why they wanted to extend the lease. After multiple exchanges of rude and grammatically incorrect emails, I had to resort to directly quoting previous emails to bring the problem to their attention. Don't bother calling them, your problems will be ignored and dismissed. Thank god we are no longer leasing through this real estate.
As bad as a real estate can possibly get! I highly suggest both landlords and tenants avoid these people. The issues are absolutely endless and it would be difficult to mention all of the situations that popped up during our tenancy in one review- in summary they are increadibly argumentative and seem to enjoy turning any possible interraction into an all out brawl. You will never be able to speak to your property manager and they will avoid replying to your emails- reception will leave messages for them to call you back but they never will... once after attempting to speak to my property manager many times unsuccessfully, I called and my property manager actually answered the phone (I could easily tell her voice- a very distinct nasal, bogan drawl), and proceeded to tell me that she was unavailable even though she answered the phone and I was already speaking to her. TPM- lucky for me I do not have to deal with your business anymore. It would have been great if while I was renting from you you actually conducted yourselves with some decency- for example you could have been contactable when I had concerns about my condition report, you could have not accused me of being in arrears when I wasn't, you could have approached my various issues with respect instead of with bullying and aggression and saved me the unnecessary stress caused by your unprofessional style of business. I feel so grateful to my landlord for changing management so that I have been saved the likely awful task of trying to get my bond back through you people when it was clear from the start when you refused to acknowledge the true state of the property in writing that you were inevitably out to screw us over. TPM- It is probably a good idea for you to investigate your customer service and business practices in general seeing as so many people have had such overwhelmingly negative experiences with you. I will go out of my way to have nothing more to do with you, and if an apology is all you can potentially offer me to make up for the completely unnecessary stress you caused me then please don't waste my time. Considering how impossible it was to get you to return emails or phone calls during my tenancy I find it increadible that you think it 'reasonable' that people respond to you within a 7 day period. Quite laughable actually. Good luck trying to sell your business.
I connot comprehend even for a second how these people are still in business. They have recently changed their name to Complete Property Management and Sales. One would wonder if they are trying to get away from the overwhelming negative stigma and reputation they have. As a commercial tenant, the straight out aggressive, bullying and incompetent behaviour exhibited by the principal is extraordinary. A quick Google search of Peter J Watts (the principal) will reveal that he is regularly involved in litigation matters where some significant negative comments about him and his agency have been published. Avoid at all costs. As a property owner myself, I would never consider this agency or anyone associatedx with it.

I just received the water bill "FINAL NOTICE" from TPM. Apparently they hold my water bill on purpose cause I terminated the contract with them. They then hold my water bill on purpose so I have to pay more. The Final Notice was issued on 11/06/2016 and they asked me to pay by 18/06/2016. Guess what the stamps on top of the letter from TPM is "23/06/2016". They never change and will never change. I will keep this FINAL NOTICE to other organisation and if anyone wants to see it I will show you to approve they are not doing anything.
A warning to landlords. Saving 1% on your management fee might sound attractive, but it will cost you much more in time and lost rental income. I leased for one year with TPM and it was the worst rental experience of my life. And I've been renting for 25 years. They don't respond to repair requests, when they do, they acuse you of causing the breakage, or reject your request outright. They will tell you you complain too much, and issue breaches without merit, they break promises, and if you challenge them as I did, you will experience deliberate harrassment, bullying, and retaliatory actions against you. I left the property in better condition than when I entered it, yet they still made a full claim against my bond. When I eventually got an opportunity to speak directly with the owner, I learnt that TPM weren't even passing issues on.
