Toushido Fit Box high intensity style of training. The training is at Eden Hills oval and are on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday at 6 - 7 am. There is a medium, extreme fitness, boxing workout and karate classes. It is designed for kids and adults. It is a group session to keep the prices down.
