Hi, I have been coming to this trawler fresh seafood for years because you could order fresh fish, calamari, oysters, battered right in front of you, but today I've spent my usual $90 and got pre prepared dry oysters, mussels, calamari and even chips. Cod and snapper was not the best either. Is now falsely advertising fresh??? Disappointed regular customer.
Went there on Sunday 21/7/19 and bought 4 Sand crabs. When I got them home, they were a hairs-breath away from STINKING. Just on the edge of being ROTTEN. Trawler FRESH? I don't think so.
I went back and complained. A week or so later, I was called and given 4 fresh ones for free. I wish I could delete my nasty comment now, because they remedied the problem easily and without fuss.
Absolutely disgusting in how they treat customers that WERE loyal to them. I have a chipped tooth after their lack of effort in doing their job. Reggie (owner), perhaps you should invest in some customer service training for yourself and your incompetent staff...but mainly just for yourself.
Felt like some Sand Crabs. Rang them up, because it's a fair drive. Yes, we have Sand Crabs, they said. So I went there straight away, AND THEY DIDN"T HAVE ANY SAND CRABS. This is NOT the first time this has happened to me with this place, but it's the last. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!
