I just moved back to Bondi after a year and was so excited to see that Tuchuzy is still around! I always loved it before moving away to Melbourne - and the new store is incredible! The modern, light space compliments the clothes so much. And speaking of the clothes!!.. Love that there are even more amazing brands than before, with such a great international range. I've been obsessed with Rag & Bone for years. I know where I'll be heading to get it now!

The girls have never been rude to me whatsoever.
From personal experience making someone serve you and saying you have intentions to purchase online generally makes the retail ass. Seem disinterested.
It's a beautiful store, always up to date and everyone I walk in I am greeted with a beautiful smile.

The Australian retail economy is dead because the offer in most stores here is ordinary, there is never enough of a size range and customer service is lacking. I don't recall in my comment saying I 'make people serve me and tell them I have intentions to purchase online'? That would be plain rude. I commented that the service is often non existent in this particular store, so there fore you may as well buy online. But, I have noticed lately the pricing at Tuchuzy has become more in line with overseas. So, I might give them another chance :)
Unfortunately, the staff at this shop are very young, disinterested and conceited and are often too busy looking at themselves in the mirrors, to even notice any prospective customers or provide any level of customer service. A tip to the owner. The women that can afford to buy your overpriced imported brands, are not in the same demographic as your staff. Here's a tip. Most of the brands in the store are available for much cheaper online. So go in and check out what you like, then find it on sites like shop bop, revolve, ssense and netaporter for half the price! Easy :)

Thank you for your feedback, we have passed this on to our sales staff. With regards to your comment on our pricing, this is something that we work really hard for with the hurdles of freight charges and the huge government taxes. 90% of the time our retail prices are the same but if you do find something cheaper on-line in the same colour and size that we haven't come across, we do actually match the prices.
