WE went to the Ulebury winery restaurant for dinner last night with a group of friends about 12 people, I found the service very average so slow with the meals, the food quality was average at best I have had front bar counter meals that would beat the food they serve here hands down, I had a dish with squid and prawns both crumbed there were 3 prawns and 4 rubberised squid rings and a little salad for almost $30 you must be joking, It took well over an hour and a half to get our meals, everyone was so hungry we had to ask for some bread while we waited. Do yourself a favour give this place a big miss. There are plenty of other places to eat in the area
Have been here a few times in the past. On a recent trip I noticed the prices have increased incredibly! $39.95 for a piece of fish, couple of little potatoes, bit of asparagus & No salad or veggies?! That's an extra $7.95 for All main meals! Outrageous!! Pizzas $24 onwards and they are small for the price. Dessert was a slice of cake for $15??? Nothing else! We even noticed other diners Not happy with what was put infront of them. Don't bother ordering pasta, it's a child's serve size, tasty but expensive for what was served. No complimentary bread anymore either.
Service is Very rude by some staff! The only good thing is their wine. Considering the current economic climate, this average cafeteria style restaurant has out priced itself for what u get. We Won't be back!!
