Terrible customer service. I rung up today to pay a really late over due lay buy for a man to take my credit card details and put the rest of the sale through to then proceed to tell me I had to pick it up by Sunday. I told him I couldn't get there by then that I could by Tuesday. He said there would be no way they would hold it that it had to go back on the shop floor. I asked him 3 times if I could speak with someone regards to this and he said NO that was the answer. I even explained I had a one year old and a business that I am working all the way up till Tuesday and he still said no. I couldn't comprehend he's behaviour as The lay buy had been there for a while its now paid up in full why is two days going to make a difference. I asked again to speak to a manger for him to say no. I ordered a bed from BedsOnline because I heard it was cheaper. I saved myself $200 from not buying it somewhere else and they made sure the mattress was ready in their shop for me to try! They were really nice and after I bought it they had a new one specially made for me, so it was brand new, and no chance of dustmites or anything and I got in just under two weeks. I'm glad I went with them as they were very professional.
We bought a bed through the shop - it would have been loads cheaper if we had just purchased on line. And they delivered the wrong item.
It has been left up to me as a customer to chase them to get the correct product that we purchased - with no return calls. Buyers be aware - I would not reccomend.
