A new smoked bbq restaurant located in Footscray. I think it brings a great difference to what we are normally use to in Footscray. Very busy as one of a kind in an unexpected area. I was recommended to come here to try the traditional plates of smoke meat and bbq. And i must say i am so glad i did. Such a great lovely atmosphere and the food is yummy. The sausages, the meats are juicy and full of flavour and the smoked ones make it even taste better. The different sauces and pickles and the soft buns makes it feel like soul food to the heart. Cooked with much passion. Definitely recommend as i know i will be back.
2nd time here is a slight improvement to my first experience. Bit of a hit and miss with the customer service there were quite a few that were not very attentive (also we were served at least once by each of the staff (why??)).
The meats are great. Their spicy sauce packs a punch! And the mac and cheese is omg-worthy. Thankfully have not encountered the issue of meats running out but then again i had rocked up by 6-6:30.
Pretty decent American barbecue restaurant, great food and atmosphere, we ordered the meat platter which came with some decent side of fries and coleslaw, also ordered tacos which were really tasty. Pulled pork was awesome. Also tried the Footscray Ale which was not bad.
This is the first time I have found this busy place.

The staff here are really fast, service is great. People around me are all happy for Mother's Day.
You see the Kitchen cook the fresh food in an open kitchen.
Highly recommend this place to go to.

Up in smoke can easily be missed when you drive past but it appears that now, everyday it's busy.
