This gp only services katoomba locals. They don't mention this on their website. You can book online, turn up for your appointment, they'll ask for your license and then turn you away if you don't live in the immediate area. Such a waste of time. No appologies or anything.
This medical centre was one of the best from Doctors to staff . But for a while now it is not very good. All our Beautiful Doctors like Dr Liling . And Dr Omura and others are gone.
Reception staff some are rude . Jacqueline is lovely . Hopefully things will improve very sad its changed.
Good medical centre with a variety of doctors. Waiting times are typical for medical centres, they are busy... but thankfully there are plenty of doctors so it's easier to find somebody available even if you have to wait a few days. I've always found the front-desk staff to be exceptionally lovely and cheerful. The nurses are also lovely caring people.
I've been going to this practice for awhile now, doctors are good and thorough.
The staff at the front desk are another matter. One in particular, is as rude as they come. Obviously the staff hates the job. Try another profession that doesn't require people skills love.
