Urban Scooters

Been in twice now, once for some advice and next for some parts, totally impressed with service and only spent half as much as I would of had to if I had bought off the net, Jason gave me some tips on reassembly that hopefully will help, I won't be wasting my time going anywhere else in future and getting fobbed off with the same old "it's stuffed and you need a new one story" like you get elsewhere.. After reading the other reviews it looks like I am not the only one impressed by the Urban Scooters experience,, do yourself a favour and get in there even if only for a look around ,, or a new helmet,, and by the way his price for a battery was half what "others" offered,,, :-)

Absolutely fantastic service. Jason is extremely knowledgable and down to earth, will practically fix any problem you have with your scooter. Value for money servicing, parts and accessories sold here too (none of that overpriced c**p). If you are looking for a place to care for your scooter, look no further.

Brought my "exotic" bike in after having some interesting electrical problems. Jason was very thorough and gave me an honest assessment of my options. In the end I decided to send it back to the dealer (under warranty) and despite the time/labor that went assessing and testing the bike, Jason did not charge me. Of all the mechanics I have used in the past, not one has been as fair and honest. You will not have to second guess whether you are being ripped off or not! I took my bike here because of the reviews I had read online and I was not disappointed.

Fantastic service at Scooters for life. I dropped my scooter off and was given an extremely accurate quote as to how much it would cost to service and repair my scooter - there were no "surprises" that you usually get when you go and pick up your bike after a service. I am so happy to have finally found a place to take my scooter in Brisbane where I am getting high quality service at honest prices. Highly recommended.

Jason was awesome...very approachable and whilst the scooter was beyond repair he went out of his way to get it going. I would recommend this business to anyone. Ive seen first hand how he can make scooters sound like new!
