Best experience with a Trade company.
Couldn't have expected a better service. The Tradie who came out to quote was able to explain why things went wrong and how he was going to be able to fix tem. They did everything they said they would and now after a few big downpours of rain all the issues are fixed.

We had booked Utter Gutters to do our job a couple of weeks in advance, and I took the friday of work to be home for it...they never arrived. I rang up mid morning to find out what was going on to be told that our job was on the board to be done but the sub contractors were running behind due to the work load. I repeat I had to ring Utter Gutters up to get information as to why their representatives were not present doingour job. The Sub contractors rang us up to see if Saturday was ok but we were going out all day and did not want the yard open while they did the work. They asked if Sunday was ok and while it was not ideal ity was the only option as we needed the work done. The Sub contractors arrived to find out not all the materials had arrived...now a relevant point here is that Utter Gutters have Stratco to supply and deliver their materials so that the sub contractors can do the job, when the materials are not right they cannot finish/do the job. Shocking workmanship and even worse customer service! Very unfortunate that I cannot rate a Zero.
Had several roof sheets replaced March 2017. AND had them out once already due to leak; and now require them to come out yet again as still have a leak. Spoke to them twice (2x) requesting this matter to be fixed...will need to phone yet again.
Would not be surprise if I need to take legal action and contact consumer ombudsman!

BEWARE! Had $20,000 of renovations done 18 months ago - witha 10 year guarantee.
Now my roof is leaking - phoned 3 weeks ago and still waiting for someone to turn up - keep making a time to attend, then dont show. So after taking time of work for 4 appointments made - with no attendance - it's time to spread the word about wat their servide is really like!
