Vat 2

I've been here a few times over the years and never been disappointed.
I think it is clearly one of the best places to eat in Bunbury.
The menu is excellent ; western with a strong Asian flair too.

Was in Bunbury for the weekend, so going by recent reviews on line picked Vat2 to celebrate my girlfriends birthday. Nice location, staff and restaurant very nice. Food wasn't up to the same standard!

Very disappointed had a starter very average, and had the steak for mains, not the best cut of beef I had ever seen or tasted, a lot of fat in it. Thought it was just my cut, but my partners steak was worse.

Atmosphere is lovely but food was a let down for the price. Too much coriander in a lot of foods, childs fish n chips was awful and tasted horrible. Only nice meal was desert. Won't be going back

Very warm welcome, with attentive staff who were happy to recommend items off the menu.

Agreed to accept the wonderful staff members suggestion, and they were happy to take feedback without being defensive.

Overall a satisfying experience, and also noticed other clientele appreciated the efforts of the wonderful floor staff. The food can be the best, however it's the attitude with how you are treated that matters a lot.

To me the location and the view aren't as important as the experience. Well done.

Lovely view over the calm waters. If you're after something a bit flash... this is probably it in Bunbury! Great wine range, excellent service. The live entertainment adds to the classy relaxed yet elegant atmosphere.
