Total Garbage. TWO rego renewal notices have not come in the mail, probably STOLEN by Australia Post. One reminder notice arrives 3 weeks after being sent. When I ring Vic Roads, How come your service is so peace poor, and your data bases so "difficult"? "My registration renewal has not arrived in the mail - why is that?" "What is your registration number?" "It's 123-456." "Sorry it's not on our system." Useless. Some of the LAZIEST apathetic staff ever. Sack the lot, close it down.
Arrived 10 minutes late for a vehicle inspection and registration at the Melton Vicroads and the Manager happened to serve me.
I was informed that not only could I not register my vehicle but that I would have to make a new appointment for 2 weeks time.

Hopeless company - not open saturdays and they'll find a fee for anything. Total rip off and terrible customer service - dont expect anyone to answer your call within 30min. The world would be a better place if the earth swallowed Vic Roads up. What a pathetic excuse for public administration!
