I have driven pass Vinh Thuan plenty of times and thought instead of travelling to sunshine or st albans why not give it a try, that way I'll know if its good or not. Was not busy when we got there but started to slowly pick up as we were leaving. We ordered a plate of spring rolls, broken rice with pork and egg and a fish sauce soup noodle. The food came out fairly quickly. The spring rolls you can tell it was fried from frozen as the inside was not hot but the outside was really hard. I couldn't say the soup noodle was tasty but it was average, have had better else where and my husband said the broken rice was also average. So for what its worth, Vinh Thuan is ok. Wouldn't say I'll be back anytime soon, only on occasions if im really lazy to travel to sunshine or st albans for really good vietnamese food.
