These guys do an amazing buffet breakfast, there is everything to chose from and more juices than you'll see in a juice store!
The cheese selection is small but delicious, there's four types of eggs, danishes, an unbelievable amount of different breads and the museli is scrumptious...definately worth going to just go on an empty stomach and bring the stretchy trousers!

A friend and I got into our minds that we were craving a hotel buffet breakfast (but we weren't going anywhere -d'oh). So after a quick 5 minutes of research we narrowed down our options to Vintaged at the Hilton.
The location and atmosphere here is quiet and serene, almost a secluded little getaway. There weren't too many people there when we arrived at around 715am and all the food you could possibly desire was laid out and ready.
There's a massive selection of hot food and eggs made to order, they also cater to Asian tastes and have fried rice and a chicken congee available, which I tried for the first time (couldn't miss that opportunity). Steak is the best I've ever had, cooked to perfection. The Jus, yum. Staff helpful and very friendly, extensive Wine List, staff happy to recommend companion wines. AAA

Main reason I enjoyed my meal here so much because of the quiet ambience and interior. Service is definitely amazing too.

Had a lovely meal here with a friend. Staff were attentive, service good, wine list great and food lovely.
Definitely worth a visit for a meal when in Brisbane CBD.
