Wow, they came out to my business to measure up a sliding door, nearly 3 weeks ago. I chased up Vista to find out when my blind was arriving and they informed me that they haven't ordered it yet as they couldn\'t find my payment on their bank statement. The office staff were suppose to phone me to advise me of this but did not. When I phoned them back to find out whats going on they blamed the office staff for not getting back to me. They also informed me that the colour I chose is now discontinued... so I've been waiting for a blind for my business for 3 weeks now and its not even going to get made or delivered. They said they will simple give me a refund and be done with it. Refund, they said they couldn't find my payment???? So now i will continue to put the bright green sheet up on the window to keep the sun off my desk until I can find a business to fulfill my huge, difficult job, 1 blind for my glass sliding door. Good on you Vista.......
