Will never shop at this store again and have been spreading the word about the appalling customer service at Vodafone Westfield Geelong. After 3 attempts in one week to get service here I still do not have my issue resolved. No managers in sight just staff leaning on counters gossiping while customers are waiting with no acknowledgement .When asked a question rude responses and extremely unhelpful. I have been a Vodafone customer for 15 years but will now certainly be changing providers. not one good thing to say about my experience at this store
