Von Bibra Southport Auto Village

Very disappointed with the service at Von Bibra Southport. Purchased a used car with 12000 km earlier this year, found out instantly that there was an issue with the latching of the front drivers door. Mentioned it to the sales man at the time of purchase. Took it in to be repaired and was told that it needed the door seal to be replaced. Waited for part to arrive, after replacement issue still there with the door not closing unless slammed. Now Wayne from the service department is telling me it is no longer under warranty and you always have to slam the drivers door. This is an issue that was evident time of purchase and we have put on less then 4000 km. I would not recommend anyone purchasing or servicing at Von Bibra Southport

Very disappointing. Would not recommend, not helpful, not willing to neg, not very honest either.
