This isn't so much a bakery as a cake shop. Western-style cake shops all do pretty much the same stuff, it's a question of whether they do it well or badly. The two worst cake shops that I know in Australia are one just across the road from Waverly cemetery in Sydney, and a big one in Lismore. I never thought anyone could do an inedible Lamington, but these guys managed it. My experience with country bakeries is that they can be pretty dire.
