No customer service at all, ordered a meal for takeaway at 5pm in the arvo, there were no other customers, it started raining hard so i asked to change to dine in 5 minutes after ordering, waitress said ok so I went to sit down, some old lady starts yelling at me in chinese and said "you said you wanted take away!" i calmly explained that i asked to change to dine in and was told it was ok, she replies rather angrily "its already in container you can't change", i asked if i could eat it here anyway, the reply was "it's already in container, no."

I went there in 2006, and there was hair in one of the meals and we had to argue about having it removed from the bill. I was not impressed, and have not returned.

Worst customer service i have ever received!! To begin there was very poor service: A very snappy staff member and long wait times - even though there was only 2 other tables at the restaurant. After our meal we calmly had made a complaint, they proceeded to yell abuse at us, not looking to resolve the issue at all. After 30 minutes of arguing, we left very very unsatisfied. Will never go again
