Asking you for a security payment to cover your BOUNCED DEPOSIT PAYMENT (that you INTENTIONALLY CANCELLED after already starting your lessons), would not be called unfair or bad in anyone’s books. What ‘service’ would you expect when you cancel a payment without notice? Your comments present a very unfair picture.

And so the lack of professionalism continues. As you are aware the transaction is pending and we had paid for majority of the service with only the disputed transaction pending yet were threatened that we could not continue the 3rd of our 5 lessons unless making an extra payment to be refunded later or we would charged higher fee. I asked for a return call to discuss if there were issues and instead l was sent terms and conditions. Hopefully that paints a clearer picture and if not there are plenty of reviews on Facebook consistent to my review noting poor customer service from the admin staff.
