Purchased Touareg and Amarok through CarConnect. Went to show the wife at VW Hoppers Patrick the salesman greeted us with a great big fake smile. I asked if we could take the amarok for a test drive. No Problems he said. We told him that we purchased two cars through carconnect but did not tell him which dealership. He turned around gave me back the licence and said get them to organise you a test drive. Patrick turned around and walked off. Was not interested anymore. Little did he realise as he did not ask it was the Hoppers dealership. We happily turned around went down to Hoppers Crossing Toyota and purchased a PRADO and SR5 Hilux. Pathetic sales and customer service. Would and will never recommend them to anybody. Patrick great work on losing a customer and what you did not know or ask is the amount of cars i/we purchase.

This was a terrible experience had to constantly chase everything up myself finance department was hopeless. Next time will go to a different Volkswagen dealer.

Sakes team really slow to get back to you on anything. Car delivered with really obvious fault and the 'service' team wouldn't know service if out bit then on the a** and are more interested in placing blame than fixing the problem.

I have recently purchased Volkswagen Polo Comfortline from Werribee Volkswagen. My decision to purcahase was made easy by the wonderful salesperson Mr Rob Pintley. Rob answered all my query's diligently and made my experience a pleasant one.
