I can't complain about the service I received from this organisation because I didn't receive any service. I booked them for an 8am pickup from Seven Hills to the domestic airport for a 10.50am flight to Adelaide. After the 8am pickup came and went and a big no-show. I tried calling them at their office number and mobile number. My call went straight to message bank. I left my mobile number, to this day I still haven't received a phone call. At 8.45am still no shuttle, I decided to go on my own using public transport, i.e. bus and 2 trains to the airport. Suffice to say after all my efforts to arrive at the airport on time, I missed my flight to Adelaide. You people should not be allowed to run a business!
Five of us had booked Syd Airport drop for Sat morning 5:30am to catch an international flight departing 9am. The shuttle didn't arrive in Parramatta CBD at the given address, even after i had confirmed everything last evening.
Tried calling the mobile number many times and waited till 6:15am. Had to call a taxi on the go and pay for extra baggage as well. No response till now from their side. I tried calling from the taxi again to check why the shuttle didn't turn up, but to my surprise these unprofessional people mentioned they had cancelled my booking as not enough people had booked airport drop at that time and this was not profitable for them. All this without notifying me. On top the person on the phone was rude and shouting.
We were barely able to catch the flight and had a horrible time. This is to share my experience and beware everyone that this is not a genuine person or service and not at all professional. Better go for another shuttle service.
We booked Karl to pick our group of 6 from the domestic terminal at 10:30pm on saturday night. He was there on time. Very friendly old man and truly reliable. Our friends had referred him to us so happy that the reference worked for us. We'll call u back for our next trip Karl. Thank you :)
