I went for a service to fix my breaking pads charged me $900 without fixing the problem and also made a new one and asked me $2000 to fix a problem for a ford focus which worth less than $5000.
If you care about your car and money dont go there.

Bought a ranger 8 months ago, after only 6 days of owning it brand new, there were rust spots completely everywhere over this new Ford Ranger,
From the bonnet, to the front quarters it was visible and you could feel it!
It was returned to a Ford dealership where it was "Clayblocked, cut and polished" and they fitted a complimentary tow-pack for the inconvinience and assured me it wouldn't happen again. Westpoint Ford has wasted my time on 4 occasions trying to resolve the clunk in the transmission of my new ford ranger. Biased opinions and an untrustworthy serviced department has been my experience which will now have to be dealt with in VCAT.

Bought my Ford Focus Sport from Westpoint Ford in Dec 2014. Firstly, the buying experience was great, and my salesperson (Daniel I think) was great helping me get my car all sorted on pickup day so I could hit the road knowing exactly how to use the car's features etc.
Secondly, the service department is fantastic. I've had my car there 3 times since buying it; once for service, once getting some optional extra splash-guards fitted and last time having a computer upgrade to help the gearbox. Always the staff are very friendly, offering free tea and coffee and sorting me out with a loan car to use for the day so I can get to work or to the shops etc. and being generally pleasant to deal with.
Definitely would go back.

I purchased a brand new ford ecosport from here for $22,995 with tinted windows and car mats. Then I was going to get a spare wheel cover for $441 and reverse sensors for another $600. I got all of that - Ford ecosport with tinted windows, car mats, spare wheel cover and reverse parking sensors all for $21,900 at the ford dealership in Deer Park. So I lost $500 in the cooling off period but was worth it as I got it cheaper and a lot more for my money.
Plus the salesperson doesn't even know their products. Saleperson kept telling me about a feature (hill start assist - only available in the auto which I learnt by reading the brochure) which wasn't even available on the manual. I found the Finance person to be very unprofessional as was just guessing on my finance application to ensure that I would be approved for finance. Overall I will not be even looking here to purchase a car ever again.
