This is the 5th time i have used this provider , the customer seems to be ignored if there is a problem or query once they have your money
Took the order and payment and still waiting 13 days later for delivery of the goods purchased
They do not answer their emails and are evasive when asked for a resolution to a problem
Do your self a favour and check other sites that actually regard customers as an assest
I really did like this place. The service was really good when I got there and the staff member seemed very helpful. I realised when I got home that I was charged $80 for my starter kit, when it is listed at $59 on the website. I ended up paying $100 for everything. I also do not believe this is a genuine model after doing some research. It's a shame, I have had a few friends buy ecigs now and I have recommended elsewhere due to being overcharged.
I personally would not want to buy my Electronic Cigarette supplies from anyone else in Australia, their product line and range of liquids are amazing!! The staff are an incredible source of information and are always happy to help me with my device.

Sold me a "Kanger" EVOD Starter Kit. To my surprise I didn't actually receive a genuine Kanger product, although it's listed as such on their website. I got sold a product which is not the same quality as genuine Kanger products.
I have tried to rectify this issue or find out anything about it but my 2 emails were not replied to (funnily enough they replied to my initial emails to purchase the items almost instantly).
Be weary of this place and perhaps do your shopping online elsewhere instead.
