Recently back in the market again after some time, Ive dealt with a number of their teams members over the years whilst looking for a house to purchase. Michael the director is a down to earth sales director, hes easy to communicate with and actually listens, unlike a number of other agents in which Ive come across who only seem to be interested the sale of the property. In this industry I can imagine how many people they see and talk to daily, how challenging it could get and competitive also in dealing with other real estates. Ive found their team professional and prompt in replying to emails, enquiries. They have a small office in the heart of Williamstowns just near the roundabout on Ferguson Street, its modern and clean which also says a lot about how an agent operates. Should I be in the market to sell my property, I would definitely reach out to Williams to look after my property.
