Spend way too much eberytime i am here! Worth it.

The checkout staff are lovely always friendly and helpful.

However the staff at the Deli Dept. Are the absolute worse I have ever come across. It doesn't matter what time of day you go in , although I find the staff after 6pm are terrible, every dingle time I'm there, there are at least 3 staff on and they are to busy cleaning down trays or just talking with rash other to serve you, they make you wait and wait and keep looking at you like you are interrupting them and they are hoping you go away. Finally when they realise that you are not going to walk away they will serve you, very begrudgingly ! As with all Woolies stores, they certainly are the 'fresh food people' and this store is no exception! The checkout staff are truly lovely as are the girls behind the service counter. The floor staff on the other hand are rude and in need of some training in the area of 'customer service'. I'm quite tired of hearing 'if it's not on the shelf we don't have any' and of being pushed past by rude employees who cannot wait for customers to turn the corner before they barge past.

All in all - you'll have to decide this one for yourself. As many minuses as plusses.
