Les and team are wonderful Gave a comprehensive quote and costs and got to work quickly. I had an issue with my drainpipes and had to sort them out (not their job) and Les checked back frequently and oversaw this work and even assisted - though it was not part of his job! I cannot recommend them enough. They go beyond the extra mile! If I could give ten stars I would - very impressed.

Estimator came around promptly enough. Said work would start in 2 weeks.
Was going to replace a tin roof / sheet as he said it was not installed correctly.

Started 2 follow up calls and close to 6 weeks later. One guy came around to do the job and worked morning to evening over a few days.
When he finished and I queried it, got told the tin roof/sheet had not been replaced and had been reattached instead as that would 'fix' it. Owner said he'd refund me $200 for it. ...read more

Had my roof newly done. Poor job on guttering and ffinish work had to be redone. Things from my property went missing during renovation. 6 months later I have a leak. Communication is poor or non existent. Les the owners plummer came to look at it patched it up without our consent then it became worse and when I contacted the owner he was arrogant and said its not his part of the roof he fixed. Then y did ur plumber touch it? Taking u to fair trade. This is not over.

Not happy! Terrible after service, and 7 year warranty means nothing! Got our roof restored end of 2011, then had a very busy 2012 year where we were rarely home. This year, I am home more often and keep hearing a drip, drip, dripping sound in my pantry whenever it rains. Called them and asked if they could come and check since we have a 7 year warranty and was told it couldn't possibly be their sealant, which is all the 7 year warranty covers, and they will not send anyone out unless we pay a $295 service fee. Went around and around in circles with staff on the phone-- Asked what happens to the service fee if they show up and it was a bad job on their behalf? Was told it's been 18 months and they are not responsible for anything that has happened since then, including storm damage.
