Worst customer service ever!! They said that they tried to deliver my package and I was not home, so they left a card, but I didnt find any card. Then I called and arranged another day to get my package delivered. I waited all day at home and no one came. I called to ask about my delivery. A very rude girl answered and said my package was not scheduled to be delivered. I told her that I'm not happy with their service. She didn't care. She didn't apologize for wasting my time and that I waited all day. It's been a monthe and I have not recieved my package from the city to my house less than 10k from the city. BAD service and bad communication, I recommend NOT to use them ever!

Great customer service, get things done efficiently. Attempted to help the best they can. Delivery guys are also helpful. Once a card was not given nor rang the bell during a delivery attempt even though I was home but all is good after calling to arrange another delivery, even though as all other delivery companies, they won't be able to give a time other than during business hours. But a specific day can be requested.
