Monday - Prenatal class. Wednesday - General class . First class is for free!

The prenatal class is available to all stages of pregnancy. It is a wonderful opportunity to connect with your baby, and to develop some knowledge and skills around all the joys of pregnancy and beyond. (Please consult with your health practitioner before attending).

The general cclass is flowing and at times dynamic, with the practice being breath focused. The class is structured so that students are able to work to what ever level they are at.
