Had my haircut at Yots Hyde Park. The hairdresser was great and cut my hair nicely however the staff who washed my hair didn't wash it properly at all and was giving me the WORSE head massage staff was poking in my ears and it extended to my face as staff was looking around the salon. Just awful! I could tell staff didn't care for their job. Made me feel not very important. Not good enough in any salon let alone Yots. I doubt I'll go back based on this. The salon is cramped too. It is also way overpriced. $90 for a haircut.... Whats going on!

How is it that even with a photo, a fully trained hairdresser is unable to follow simple (illustrated) instructions. They got it completely wrong and even cut my fringe so short I'm still growing it out 3 months later. pay market rates.
