AVOID. My wife and her friends went for months, then my wife got pregant. We were promised a refund of the unused portion of the visits prepaid. We had only used two sessions, and were happy to pay full price for them.
The refund dragged on and on, and then after a couple of months I decided that enough was enough and rang my credit card provider to dispute the situation. They said that as it had been over two months, they could not do a charge back. In so doing (and there were no terms and conditions), So, after using all their prepaid credits, the rest of the Mum's stopped going there too, so they cost themselves quite a lot by not acting fairly.
That is one way to keep a small business small (and getting smaller)
