Zen Hair

I used to really enjoy going here but the service has slipped a lot lately and i have now left them and go elsewhere.

My self and my family have been to so many salons in the past and ZEN would have to be the top of the list.

from the time you walk in to the time you walk out, price is very great with no exceptions of the highest quality of work. they don't push to sell retail. staff are long term workers which is hard to find within that industry. i just have so much fun when i get a wine and all the staff greet me. like it love it FANTASTIC.



ps they also have a little coffee shop attached great for a quick bite and a coffee fix.

An altogether relaxing and enjoyable experience. Great people and talented stylists. Genuinely interested giving you the cut and colour that you are after. I would thoroughly recommend.

I went to this place and had a terrible experience.

My hair was dyed bright purple at the roots (was meant to be a dark brown with some mulberry in it). The colour in the part was different to the colour in the rest of my hair. In the sun it was bright purple. Gross.

I decided to call the salon to see if they could fix it because I understand that mistakes happen and I wanted to give them an opportunity to fix it instead of being really unhappy and badmouthing them. However, when called the salon, they were so rude and essentially accused me of trying to complain for the sake of getting a free hairdo. They were so rude I never went back and went to another hairdresser to get it dyed properly.

I accept that mistakes happen but when you are paying a lot of money a bad attitude and terrible customer service is not acceptable.

Relaxed friendly atmosphere and they have great music, coffee and conversation. Great attention to detail with haircuts at reasonable prices. No pushy after sales of products, shampoo's etc either. At last I have found somewhere I can happily go back to time and time again.
