I believe good design will create beautiful and functional spaces to serve the needs of a changing lifestyle and family. I work closely with my clients to ensure the design brief is met & the desired outcomes, budget and project are delivered.

Zosel Design can arrange all documentation, town planning, building permits, and consultants as necessary (e.g. land surveyor, structural engineer, energy assessor).

Site meeting with client, discuss proposed brief, review site conditions, provide fee proposal
Site Investigation
Obtain clients brief, review site conditions, obtain property information from local council and local authorities
Concept design
Prepare and develop sketch plans in relation to the clients brief
Design Development
Develop concept drawings into approved floor plans with all major elevations, typical sections, shadow diagrams, external material specification and finishes
Town planning documentation
Preparation of town planning drawings and reports. Submission and tracking through council to achieve town planning permit.
