Showcasing his work in an exhibition created especially for the Find, Japanese-born Uranishi uses ancient Japanese ceramic techniques to create amazingly delicate and intricate pieces of art that represent a deep respect and understanding of the world that surrounds us, reflecting the constant state of change that our world is in. World Science Festival

If you’re into technology, science, art, performance or all of the above, the World Science Festival is the place to be this March. The New York-based World Science Festival is coming to Brisbane for the first time this year, and along with it it’ll bring some of the world’s greatest minds in science and art for a five-day celebration of the beauty in technology and the world around us. Big Gay Summer Party

Come one, come all and join us this March for an absolutely epic street party with an incredible line up of local and international DJs and musicians. This year’s Big Gay Day will close down an inner city street and make way for the likes of Havana Brown, Courtney Act, Paulini and Bielfield who will guarantee that you’ll be dancing your socks off all night. It’s one of Brisbane’s biggest LGBTI events and one of the grooviest parties of the year that’s all about celebrating diversity and great music.
