Pfft, fireworks. Pops of sparkling fire in the sky. Seen it before. Forget the played-out NYE thing and get underground. This year, State of Grace’s cellar bar Fall from Grace is celebrating New Year’s with luxury and sophistication in a Cotton Club-inspired 1920s Prohibition era-themed party blow-out.
